Job Summary:

Plaza Appliance Mart is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Monroe Rd. team! As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of the company & will deal with customer questions concerning product & services. This position is right for you if you are a self motivated, energetic sales professional with strong interpersonal skills. You will be challenged with handling customer complaints, customer retention, and constantly expanding your knowledge on new products to close the sale. Saturday & evening work is required.

Responsibilities:

Greet & engage customers, answer product questions and provide exceptional customer service
Organize and maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store floor
Strong product knowledge - gain & maintain
Contribute to the store's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Build customer relationships

Qualifications:

Proven success in retail sales
Professional appearance
Personable and friendly attitude
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Understanding of sales principles

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
