Job Summary:
Plaza Appliance Mart is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Huntersville team. As a Sales Consultant, you will provide exemplary customer service to ensure a positive experience. You will assess customer needs & offer appliance solutions. In addition to actively managing customer concerns, you will maintain consistent engagement at every stage of the sales cycle.

You will assess customer needs & offer appliance solutions. In addition to actively managing customer concerns, you will maintain consistent engagement at every stage of the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, close sale
- Product knowledge regarding brands, models, features & functionalities
- Contribute to store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Manage time effectively & prioritize tasks
- Maintain an orderly desk & showroom
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance
- Retail experience
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Personable and friendly attitude
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
